At River Valley Birth Co., I am deeply committed to providing client-centered, compassionate, and evidence-based support throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. I take pride in offering services that reflect the highest standard of care, as outlined in my mission and philosophy.

Services

Due to the nature of doula care and the time, preparation, and emotional support invested in each client, refunds are not offered for services that have been provided within the standard of practice represented in my mission statement. This includes prenatal visits, birth support, postpartum care, and virtual services.

If you have any concerns or are unsatisfied with the support you’ve received, I warmly welcome your constructive feedback. I am always striving to grow and improve, and your voice matters in helping me better serve families in our community.

Special Circumstances -
Life can be unpredictable. While I cannot offer routine refunds, I am open to considering special circumstances on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please don’t hesitate to reach out with kindness and honesty—I’ll respond in kind.

Digital Downloads

For digital downloads and educational materials, I will gladly issue a refund if the product is defective, inaccessible, or does not match the description. If you experience any issues, please reach out within 7 days of purchase, and I’ll do my best to make it right.
